 ) loses his job at a Catholic school because he married his long-term part
 ner\, Ben (Lithgow)\, the two are forced to move out of their New York apa
 rtment\, prompting them to stay separately with friends and family. Tensio
 ns rise as they struggle to connect with each other and their respective h
 osts. This wonderfully detailed New York story is bound to be one of the m
