DESCRIPTION:\n	Dir. Alfred Hitchcock. 1959\, 136 mins. 35mm. With Cary Gran
t\, Eva Marie Saint. \n	\n	\n	This film became an important influence on t
he pilot because it was shot in New York City\, right around the time the
first episode takes place. While more overtly stylized than we wanted to i
mitate\, we felt the low angles and contemporary feel were a useful reflec
tion of our artistic mindset. I had studied the film in depth at USC film
school and absorbed much of its “ordinary man in extraordinary circumstanc
es” narrative drive. It is worth noting that Cary Grant is playing an Adma
n named Roger\, who is forced to assume another man’s identity.&nbsp\;—Mat
thew Weiner \n\n\n	Tickets: $12 ($9 for senior citizens and students / fre
e for members at the Film Lover level and above). Order tickets online. (M
embers may also email reservations@movingimage.us)&nbsp\; \n\n\n	All ticke
ts include same-day admission to the Museum (see gallery hours). View the
Museum’s ticketing policy here. For more information on membership and to
