 on the grounds of a large state-run psychiatric facility in Queens. Shot o

 ilm observes with an intimate lens and unspools like a musical\, both brac
 ing and tender. It explores the liberation and healing that creativity can
  offer those drawn together by shared struggle. It points to a more humane
  and holistic approach to mental illness\, and to the joy of transforming
