 orkshop is forced to close\, Joshi suddenly finds himself adrift in a worl
 d that seems to no longer value his expertise\, a world that prizes quanti
 ty over quality\, profit over people. Rather than fall by the wayside\, Jo
 shi takes a stand to reclaim his dignity. Filmed in a lyrical\, meditative
  style\, the sophomore feature from director Mangesh Joshi is both a movin
 g portrait of a man and a perceptive look at globalization’s human toll.
