 ressively dissuaded from finding solitary contentment. After a potential c
 oupling goes very awry\, David (Farrell) finds himself on the run and in t
 he company of anti-couple renegades whose rules are just as strict\, with 
 consequences for nonconformity that are just as grave. Lanthimos’s art-hou
 se hit stakes out a singular terrain between comedy\, horror\, fable\, and
  satire\, and features undauntedly committed performances by Farrell and W
