 ) centers on a group of young people who plan spectacular artistic\, and p
 olitical\, actions\, attacking the role of television in an effort to crea
 te social chaos. A kidnapped TV anchor is held hostage in a remote villa i
 n the Alps. The location becomes an arts workshop and a base camp for poli
 tical action\, populated by actors\, revolutionaries\, and a rock band. Wh
 ile it evokes the cinematic essays of Jean-Luc Godard and the theatrical p
 layfulness of Jacques Rivette\, UFE is a unique and timely experience that
