 o an eight-story\, five-part series. In 'The System: Policing and Mass Inc
 arceration\,' the viewer travels with Oscar-winning hip-hop artist Common 
 as he returns to his hometown of Chicago—ground zero for disparities in th
 e nation's criminal justice system. Screening of the hour-long episode wil
 l be followed by a discussion with J. PERIOD and other guests in person.
