 rses for a dance performance\; a cobbler repairs shoes and discusses relig
 ion\; a man is brought into court for fishing illegally. In a place where 
 daily bomb threats are the norm\, these seemingly mundane acts take on an 
 eerie resonance. With spare\, lyrical images\, director Mantas Kvedaravici
 us’s trenchant documentary captures the tragicomic strangeness of life in
