DESCRIPTION:\n	This event is a showcase of short films\, video art and live
  performances by the Educators and Visitors Services Associates at the Mus
 eum of the Moving Image.This showcase is an opportunity for educators to h
 ave a platform at the museum and to foster community amongst staff by show
 ing work and supporting each other. This event will support the museum’s m
 ission of making the history of the moving image accessible and culturally
  relevant to the Queens community. We want to broaden our audiences to oth
 er creative practitioners in Astoria and the Queens community to activate 
 the museum as the “place to be” for independent\, emerging artists. \n\n\n
