DESCRIPTION:Puppetry can be used as an amazing tool for interaction\, prete
 nd play\, communication\, and more. Led by professional puppeteer and Jim 
 Henson Foundation Manager Lindsey 'Z.' Briggs\, participants will learn th
 e basics of performance and technique as well as discuss ways to utilize p
 uppets within the home to build emotional connections. Puppets can be espe
 cially effective with children on the autism spectrum and children with de
 velopmental delays. Each participant will receive their own puppet to take
  home. The workshop is intended for parents and caregivers. \n\n\nTickets:
